Refund Policy

1. Payment Overview

CAA Readiness Index offers a Premium access plan as a one-time payment for the application cycle. Payments are processed through Stripe. By purchasing Premium, you agree to these refund terms. Note: Free features such as the CRI Score Calculator, Discord Post Generator, and Personal Statement Swapper are not tied to the Premium plan and are not subject to this refund policy.

2. Access Details

Premium access is granted for the duration of the application cycle. You can manage your access from:

  • The Account Settings page on our website
  • The Stripe billing portal (accessible from Account Settings)

3. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • First 48 hours: If you request a refund within 48 hours of your Premium purchase, we will issue a full refund.
  • Service unavailability: If the Premium features were significantly unavailable or non-functional during your access period, you may be eligible for a prorated refund.
  • Duplicate charges: If you were charged in error or charged multiple times, we will refund the duplicate amount.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Requests made after the 48-hour window following purchase
  • Dissatisfaction with CRI scores or analytics results, as these are informational tools
  • Changes in personal circumstances unrelated to the Service

5. Policy Violations

Refunds are not provided for accounts that have been suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service, including but not limited to:

  • Taking screenshots or screen recordings of Premium content
  • Redistributing, sharing, or publishing Premium analytics data
  • Using automated tools to extract data from the Service

Exceptions apply only to verified billing errors or documented technical issues that prevented access to paid features. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at team@criscore.org with the following information:

  • Your account email address
  • Date of the charge
  • Reason for the refund request

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 48 hours. Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.

7. Price Changes

We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice. Any price change will apply to future purchases and will not affect existing Premium access already purchased.
