Refund Policy

1. Subscription Overview

CAA Readiness Index offers a Premium subscription at $9.99 per month. Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. By subscribing, you agree to these refund terms.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time through either:

  • The Account Settings page on our website
  • The Stripe billing portal (accessible from Account Settings)

After cancellation, you will retain access to all Premium features through the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

3. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • First 48 hours: If you request a refund within 48 hours of your initial subscription purchase, we will issue a full refund.
  • Service unavailability: If the Premium features were significantly unavailable or non-functional during your billing period, you may be eligible for a prorated refund.
  • Duplicate charges: If you were charged in error or charged multiple times for the same billing period, we will refund the duplicate amount.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Cancellations made after the 48-hour initial window (you retain access through the end of the billing period)
  • Dissatisfaction with CRI scores or analytics results, as these are informational tools
  • Failure to cancel before a renewal date
  • Changes in personal circumstances unrelated to the Service

5. Policy Violations

Refunds are not provided for accounts that have been suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service, including but not limited to:

  • Taking screenshots or screen recordings of Premium content
  • Redistributing, sharing, or publishing Premium analytics data
  • Using automated tools to extract data from the Service

Exceptions apply only to verified billing errors or documented technical issues that prevented access to paid features. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at criscore.org@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Your account email address
  • Date of the charge
  • Reason for the refund request

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 48 hours. Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.

7. Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice. Any price change will take effect at the start of your next billing period after the change is announced. You may cancel before the new price takes effect.
